Session Description

During a healing session, the energy that flows through works on the subtle frequencies within your body and energy field. It helps to clear blockages, move stagnant energy, and gently release stored emotions, trauma, and repetitive patterns that no longer serve you. On a physical level, the treatment may include a combination of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, Be Activated fascial techniques, and other tailored approaches depending on what your body needs in the moment. Each session is unique — guided by intuition and your body’s own wisdom — supporting you in finding balance, restoring flow, and reconnecting to your natural state of wellbeing.
